Memorial Day

This year for Memorial Day we headed down to visit Matt's family in Vegas. It was the first time in almost 2 years the whole family was together so it was great seeing everyone and seeing the cousins (Grant and Rosie) interact. Rosie is pretty selective with who she'll let hold, touch and even look at her but luckily by the end of the trip she was at least willing to give everyone kisses and even let aunt Meghan hold her.
Rosie giving baby Grant hugs....she LOVES babies
Grant was a champ and put up with all the poking and prodding from Rosie.
Once the wind died down and the weather warmed up Rosie loved being in the pool.
Our little walker. She is getting more and more mobile everyday.

On a side note we've had a little break through here. Rosie actually survived being left for almost 3 hours while Matt and I went to our ward temple session.  A few of the young men and women as well as some adults were kind enough to provide babysitting during the session and apparently Rosie was pretty attached to one of the young women. We might have found a babysitter....too bad she's only 11.

  2. I removed my comment because of all my typos :(. I loved the pictures of Rosie loving on Grant. She looks happy enough....when no one is near her :)

  3. she is adorable!!! and 11-13 year olds are the BEST babysitters because they want to play with your kids. When they get older, they lose interest! Most of our babysitters started babysitting for us when they were 11:) If she has experience, she is good to go!!
